964 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Rain Storm"

Recorded in my backyard with rode ntg-3 / dead wombat on zoom h6 recorder. Starts off with one decent short clap of thunder, but mostly rolling low rumble thunder and some rain here and there. Some of the rain drop sounds are sharp off of metal, some is just lightly hitting the ground. Some nearby trees blowing add to some of the ambiance.

The sounds of birds, rain and thunder on a may afternoon. Many birds can be heard, including a pheasant going mental. Recorded with a rode stereo videomic pro. .

Just a simple recording of some water flowing through a sewer drain. Some nice running water sfx that could be used as a positional sewer loop in a game, or as part of ambient bed.

Thunderstorm developed over pécel on 6th august 2014 and produced about 5-6 mms of rain with heavy rainfall (large raindrops). This only one-thunder thunderstorm was recorded by my sony stereo dictaphone.

Also used a few patches from a symsynth to build the thunderclap and some of the rain effects. Added some delays, reverb, compression and eq as well as splitting several tracks and offsetting them to create a spacial soundscape.

Severe thunderstorm arrived to pécel, hungary after the hot days on 8th of july 2015. It produced 15 mm of very intense rain and wind, and some lightning.

It was raining one night so i used a sony px720 digital voice recorder to catch some hopefully cool atmospheric type sounds. I placed the recorder next to my apartment window and stepped away for a few minutes. My window is situated right next to a rain-gutter so you hear the rain hitting the pavement along with the rain flowing down the gutter. You also hear four different cars drive by during the recording. Well that's about it hopefully these sounds are of some use to people.

1 hour of hurricane hermine from florida's west coast on august 31st, 2016 using a zoom h4n pro recorder. Mostly rain for the first 20 minutes,then increases and decreases in intensity with the storm bands passing through. Occasional thunder getting heavy about a half hour into it. . What a storm last night! it was already dark outside as i saw lighting in the distance. It was kind of a scary situation but for sound i thought it will be awesome! i opened the balcony door and rolled down the 30 years old window blind ( i have a sound of this blind here on the channel) behind the window blind i started recording how the rain hammered against the blind! you can also listen to the wind between the units on this blind! i also recorded with the go pro the outside so that you can see the thunder, the rain and the lightning!.

I recorded this on sept. 7th, 2013 in enumclaw, wa. We don't get many thunderstorms here and this one was a doozy. I used a yamaha pocketrak recorder and edited with sony sound forge. Please comment on what you will use it for. Thanks :o).

Early spring thunderstorm in north central oklahoma recorded on 05/02/2018 starting at about 9:30 pm cdt. Recorded in the middle of the country by placing a mic outside the man cave window of my house. The storm starts with light rain and some medium distance thunder. At about 4:00 mins the wind starts to pick up and by 5 mins the wind sound drowns out everything else (50-60 mph gusts). By 6:00 mins the wind is fading as the storm front passes. By 9:00 mins it’s just soft rain and occasional thunder. At about 13:00 mins, the thunder starts picking up a bit. At about 17:00 mins it starts raining harder again, with occasional thunder, until the end. A couple of human noises were edited out, and noise reduction was applied.

A thunderstorm in munich, recorded 2020-07-01 in my backyard on second floor on a balcony. It rains, the strikes come closer, then they go away, the rain recedes. This is a recording of heavy downpour on the streets of a rural village in germany. The rain was also dropping down on a small metal roof not far away. Furthermore, there was some rumbling thunder going on in the distance from time to time, as well.

I recorded the rain in brooklyn and wanted to make a blade runner kinda vibe for sleeping, there's a helicopter in there too, i threw in some low-frequency kinda whale/space ship noises.
